After candidates become certified, they create "hire me" videos that are found inside your client portal to get an idea of who may be the best fit for you before meeting them at our Executive Assistant Mixer (held weekly).

After you select the perfect Air Assistants to add to your team, that's when we add them to our internal slack channel (specifically created for matched Air Assistants) and add them to our time tracking software to make sure they start work promptly & maintain productivity while on the clock with you. KPI's (key performance indicators) are something you set up with the hired employee once they are on board.

Yes, that's actually the best part about hiring offshore! Philippine time is approx 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, and for that reason night shift is a popular working schedule among the culture. 

Candidates are informed and agree in advance to working standard 5 hour or 8 hour shifts based on USA time (ex: 9am-5pm EST) and are flexible in this regard. They can even work during USA-based holidays too! 

We charge a flat rate for an unlimited range of work you will assign your Air Assistant team for either part time or full time - and therefore do not roll over unused time.

Even though staff is remote nowadays, it shouldn't compromise how secure we keep things on the business front. Before your Air Assistant(s) start their first day, we encourage you to use the suggested privacy tools we provide in your onboarding checklist, including creating an employee email that your Air Assistant will use during her time with you - that way everything created and shared is done in house through a company email you can grant/revoke access to at any time.

We also take copies of employees drivers license, passport, or other identifying information so that if something happens, we have full recourse to pursue them for damage that may occur to your business (although that has never happened to us before). 

Before you and your Air Asisstant(s) start work, there is also a required Employee Agreement that all parties must fill out before onboarding & includes an NDA (non disclosure agreement) clause. You invested too much sweat and tears into your business, so we don't take your trust in us lightly. We too, own and operate a boutique business and wouldn't do anything to yours we wouldn't want done to our own!
